UPop Shipping
All shipping damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt. No returns accepted without prior approval. Approved returns must be shipped back to the originating manufacturer, and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No C.O.D. ‘s accepted.
If your machine or product arrives damaged, you must refuse delivery. It will then be returned, by the carrier, to the original shipper. There, it will be inspected for freight damage, concealed or obvious. Once the damage is confirmed, a replacement will be re-shipped.
Posted freight charges cover delivery within the 48 contiguous United States, only.
All “Free Shipping” offers are available only within these 48 states.
Upop Warranty
The following applies to equipment directly purchased from UPop.com, and Northwest Concession Supply, Inc..
Warranty service on all equipment not purchased from us, will be invoiced at our standard rates. The customer will then receive a rebate, for the amount covered by the manufacturer.
All Gold Medal equipment comes with a two year warranty on parts, and six months labor (excluding light bulbs and cleaning services). Warranty work may be performed by any authorized dealer, as well as UPop.com.
Every Gold Medal brand floss machine is tested on the production line, to ensure performance, therefore a small amount of flossugar may be present in the machine, upon arrival.
All Cretors brand equipment carries a two year warranty on parts only (excluding light bulbs). Cretors warranty does not cover labor. All warranty work on Cretors equipment must be performed by Upop.com.
Freight and shipping charges, associated with all warranty work and returns, are not covered by the manufacturers, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
